Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square D SCP-654 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mts-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aaon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ab-Dick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts-Products such as the SDR2500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K01601 manufactured by Aaon and we are pleased to be able to service most Aaon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 348075G by Manufacturer Ab-Dick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Toshiba Brand SR9SQCIG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crestron such as TPS4000L equipment made by Crestron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crestron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crestron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMP4150 made by Telesis-Technologies as well as the popular VE700G original spares produced by Mro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT5016PT5CN1STR0DLF20A00 by Danfoss and TPS4000L spares by Crestron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
